It is FULLY FUNCTIONAL (as far as basic testing can determine).
The screen hinges are very tight, but operational.
There are no cracks or broken mounts in the case.
Windows XP Professional is installed, with all drivers, but is not "activated".
The screen exhibits some vertical lines to the extreme left side that do not interfere with the display and are not always visible.
